Returns & Exchanges
This unconditional return and exchange policy applies to products purchased from Blue Halo, LLC and/or its affiliates (“Blue Halo Store”) under its “Blue Halo Gear” brands (collectively, the “Brands”). Blue Halo provides refunds or exchanges for purchases made on the Blue Halo company owned official e-commerce site as set forth more fully herein. Pursuant to the terms set forth below, Blue Halo will provide refunds or exchanges to customers who return products via U.S. Mail unused in their original condition and packaging (if any), within 30 days from the date of an online purchase at Blue Halo’s official e-commerce site.
Please Note: All Returns & Exchanges Require a Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA Form)* to insure proper processing. All Returns & Exchanges will incur a 15% Restocking Fee.

Returns via Mail
Items purchased online may be returned or exchanged by mail in their original condition and accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization form (RMA) within 30 days.
- Returns after 30 days - If customer returns product(s) purchased from Blue Halo’s official e-commerce site after thirty (30) days, no credits or exchanges will be issued.
All product sales are intended for retail / “end user” customers only, and are not intended for wholesale or redistribution by the purchaser. The resale of any products purchased from Blue Halo’s e-commerce site without the express prior written consent of Blue Halo, in each instance, is strictly prohibited. For the purpose of enforcement of this policy, no customer may purchase more than a number of products or product styles that Blue Halo determines, in its sole discretion, to be a reasonable number in each circumstance during any 72 hour period without the prior written consent of Blue Halo. Blue Halo may refuse to sell any products to any person that Blue Halo believes, in its sole discretion, intends or endeavors to violate this policy.
Standard Return Shipping
- Mail returns require 10-12 business days to process.
- Refunds will be given within 30 days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
- Customers will be notified via email when the return has been processed and a credit has been issued to the original form of payment.
How to Submit a Return via Mail
- Contact Customer Care to request an RMA Form and an RMA#. (email email@example.com or call 801.830.2678)
- Upon receipt of RMA Form please fill out completely.
- All returns must include the completed RMA Form.
- Merchandise is to be securely packed in the original box, if possible, removing all extra labels from the outside of the package.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. No C.O.D. deliveries will be accepted.
- Packages should be shipped through a traceable shipping method. Please retain the return tracking number for your records.

Gift returns made via mail are credited to the original form of payment used when the order was placed.
Gift returns may be exchanged for merchandise of the same price. (See Exchanges via Mail)
Exchanges via Mail
To expedite your exchange, you may call our Customer Service Department at 801.830.2678.
- Please follow the instructions for returning you item via Mail.
- You will be notified via email when the return has been processed and a credit has been issued to the original form of payment.
- Please place a new order for the item(s) you wish to receive in the exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please call our Customer Service Department immediately at 801.830.2678. It is important that you contact us before returning the item, so that we may assist you with return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Before you call, please have your order number available. Please be prepared with a detailed description of the damage or defect before contacting us.
Received the Wrong Item
If we shipped you the wrong item, please call our Customer Service Department immediately at 801.830.2678. It is important that you contact us before returning your item, so that we may assist you with the return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
