BLUE HALO GEAR is proud to be the leader for the best warranty available on the river. Nobody wants a crappie warranty with snags or knots. Every cast should be a memory to recall and if our product should fail due to a manufacture defect, we will replace it at no charge. The Blue Halo Fly Rods (Completes & Blanks) warranty is limited to the replacement of the purchased rod only, and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product. This warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, normal wear, fire, theft, loss, or intentional damage. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Blue Halo reserves the right to replace any discontinued models with the newer models when necessary. Colors may vary between original and replacement product.
As a result of some suggestions from some of our customers Blue Halo Gear is adamant about providing some peace of mind on your new Fly Rod (Blank or Complete) purchase by offering the Blue Halo No-Fault Fly Rod Insurance Waiver (NFIW100). Benefits of the waiver allow for FULL REPLACEMENT of your Fly Rod Product (Blank or Complete) no matter what the reason for no more than (2) occurrences, after which the waiver will be Null and Void.
No-Fault Insurance Waiver is "Optional" and offered only as an added benefit.
No-Fault Insurance Waiver is Preselected and requires you to Unselect the check box to confirm you decline the Waiver.
No-Fault Insurance Waiver can only be purchased as an "Add On" with the specific Fly Rod product (Blank or Complete) selected at the time of purchase.
No-Fault Insurance Waiver can only be utilized for the specific Fly Rod Product (Blank or Complete) selected at the time of purchase.
No-Fault Waiver is not transferrable.
In order to invoke this warranty and/or waiver, the original owner must return the entire Blue Halo product, including broken parts or pieces, freight paid and insured to the Blue Halo address listed below. Disposable shipping containers are preferred.
To return or exchange your Blue Halo Fly Rod product as a result of a warranty issue, you must fill out the Warranty Service Form. Please follow the instructions and be sure to include this form in the package.
